Free hang Blinds can be raised or lowered Manually by the side cord. Tab blinds run along side cords and can be pulled down using the small semi-circular tab in the middle of the blind. Top down bottom up have two semi-circular tabs so the blind can be raised from the bottom up or top down perfect for privacy.
